Born in New London, Connecticut, and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Patti became a passionate advocate for homeownership after building, buying, and selling her first Portland home at the age of 24.
What unfolded before her eyes were the realizations that significant financial gains can be made with smart real estate investment. Beyond the money, Patti found that real estate can yield life-changing experiences on nearly every level. After living and learning how much owning a home can improve an individual’s quality of life, real estate inspired Patti to have an enormous can-do mindset. She and her husband manifested their dream through real estate, and she was hooked.
Patti’s relentless passion for her clients is what sets her apart. Her ability to embrace empathy, understand lifestyle nuances, as well as encourage and fiercely advocate for dreams and personal goals, has evolved from her lifetime of experience.
Patti’s specialties lie in client representation and negotiation, showcasing her 15 years of experience as a small business owner and 10 years in client forward-facing services. Patti understands that to be a skillful negotiator, clear intercommunication skills and a faithful representation of her clients are a must. Her goal is to always achieve an outstanding outcome for her clients and never settle. She adores getting to know her clients and takes the time to truly listen and understand their real estate dreams and goals. Outside of real estate, Patti finds absolute joy in raising her family and serving her local community as a local volunteer. To Patti, helping others is her love language. Her most recent endeavors include adopting a local roadway for seasonal litter clean-up, weekly kitchen volunteering at her son’s high school, curating a local pumpkin patch drive-thru fundraiser as well as a cupcake fundraiser to support local families and the national Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
When she’s not working for her clients or volunteering, Patti can be found cheering her children on, mastering the Pineapple Upside Down Cake, taking care of her house plants, and spending time with her two Oregon Humane Society rescues, Apollo & Mario.
